Session One serves to reconnect your mind with your physical body. By strengthening this communication, your mind can more easily access and receive information from your physical structures as well as your intuitive higher self.
During this session there is a full energetic clearing that takes place before reactivating and realigning your systems. The majority of this shift occurs at a cellular level, enhancing and reactivating parts of your DNA.
This session is a prerequisite for sessions 2 & 3, but can be performed independent of the others.

A full energy clearing of your system will take place as the new connections are integrated into your system. Individuals often experience an increased sense of well-being and balance.
This session provides the foundation for more specific work in session 3 and can be repeated when you feel necessary. It is recommended to journal after this session

Session Three is a collaborative process where you will work with Eliz to gain focus and direction around bringing your goals to fruition.
A specific "personal intention" for your emotional, physical, energetic or spiritual needs is acknowledged before this session begins. You may use this intention to address very specific issues, patterns or experiences that are present in your life. Session 3 is deeply rejuvenating and is uniquely tailored to the intention which is consciously applied.
